Texas cities recruiting Tulsa's police officers
Representatives from five Texas law enforcement agencies were in Tulsa on Monday recruiting both laid-off and current Tulsa police officers.
The recruiters came from the Plano , Arlington , Garland and Mesquite Police departments and the Texas Department of Public Safety , said Phil Evans , president of Tulsa Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 93.
