Texas County horse racing inquiry prompts charges for 11
GUYMON — This month’s raid on a horse-racing operation in Texas County has led to charges against 11 people, the district attorney’s office said Tuesday.
Charges were filed Monday in Guymon ’s Texas County District Court against:
• John Clark , 60, of Texoma.
• Jose Preciado , 34, unknown address.
• Jesus Manriquez , 20, of Hugoton, Kan.
