2012 Fiesta Bowl, Stanford. 41-38, overtime. OSU rallied to beat the Andrew Luck-led Cardinal, putting the finishing touches on the greatest season in program history.

2009 Georgia. 24-10. Taking on an SEC power, the Cowboys officially opened the completed Boone Pickens Stadium with an impressive and important win.

2007 at Nebraska. 45-14. The Cowboys rolled to a 38-0 halftime lead, winning in Lincoln for the first time since 1960.

2010 at Texas. 33-16. Gundy and the Cowboys added another check mark to their to-do list, beating Texas. And in Austin; the first of two straight wins down there.

Losses

2011 Iowa State. 37-31, double overtime. The loss, under the cloud of the tragic plane crash, cost the Cowboys a shot at playing for the national championship.

2009 at Oklahoma. 27-0. Playing for a share of the Big 12 title in Norman, the Cowboys were held to 109 yards of offense in their first shutout since 2005.

2007 at Troy. 41-23. OSU produced a flat performance in the game that featured Zac Robinson's ascension over Bobby Reid and eventually led to “The Rant.”

2007 Texas. 38-35. The Cowboys led 35-14 through three quarters, then wilted as the Longhorns pulled off another gut-wrenching rally in the series.

2005 at Baylor. 44-34. Gundy's first season featured OSU's only Big 12 loss to Baylor, an ugly affair that saw the Bears build a 38-0 lead.
