Holiday shopping for the fashionistas on your list is a cinch this year when you focus on the little things - accessories that won't break your budget but will be appreciated by everyone on your list. There are lots of trendy ways to play Santa. Here is a list that you'll be checking two and three times a day!

-Start shopping for your favorite people by keeping calm. For a fan of yoga, this gift is a perfect way to de-stress for the holidays. Check out Aurorae's Spa Organics new Meditative Mist Aromatherapy made in the U.S. by the Vermont Soap Company. For $14.95, this is a great buy (www.auroraeyoga.com).

-Get designer names at discount prices. Have a fashion "snob" on your gift list? Now is a great time to scope out famous designer brands on a budget. Target has teamed up with Neiman Marcus to bring high fashion to a whole other level - at great prices. One of my favorites is the Marc Jacobs metallic pouches for $69.99. Another is Derek Lam's animal print slippers for $49.99 (www.target.com). Did I see some look-a-like Jimmy Choos recently?

-Give a sweet gift. It's called "arm candy," and there are a lot of these goodies out there. The trend to pile on the bracelets, cuffs and leather wraps is just too good to pass up. I personally like to support local artists who conjure up one-of-a-kind treasures in handcrafted metals or gemstones.

-Smack your lips. Another delicious way to treat those on your gift list - lip balms that taste as good as they look. I like Laura Mercier's mini lip glazes that come in a set of five different colors for $36. (www.lauramercier.com) Pier One also a great selection of whimsical lip balms - since my daughter was in a Chi Omega sorority, she's getting the "owl" soap and lip-gloss. (www.pierone.com)
