The main event: No. 23 at OU
The No. 23 created a stir in Oklahoma two years ago, long before LeBron James suggested the NBA retire the number to honor Michael Jordan .
Since his high school number (15) already was taken, Blake Griffin asked OU coach Jeff Capel if he could wear No. 23.
There was only one problem. That was Wayman Tisdale 's number.
The Sooners retired Tisdale's jersey in 1997 but never retired the number...
