"I was disappointed we didn't have a runway,” said veteran forward Nick Collison. "I really worked on my runway walk. I'm kidding. I'm really impressed with the uniforms.”

Home white uniforms feature the word "Thunder.”

Road sky blue uniforms have "OKLAHOMA CITY” inscribed. Home uniforms are trimmed with orange, yellow and navy blue stripes.

"There's more orange than crimson,” said Desmond Mason, the former Oklahoma State star, referring to the Bedlam rivalry. "It's a great design. I think the fans will really like them.”

Said former Georgetown star Jeff Green: "It's really classic. I like the logo, everything. And they got some Hoya (navy) blue in there. That's all I care about.”

Coach P.J. Carlesimo said simple is better.

"The biggest mistake you can make with uniforms is going crazy with too much detail,” Carlesimo said. "(Owner) Clay (Bennett) talked about respecting the heritage of the NBA by keeping it clean and classy. They did a good job. I've been happy with the colors since Day 1.”
