Three arrested after Oklahoma City carjacking

A woman and two men were arrested after a teen told police his car was stolen at gunpoint Monday in southwest Oklahoma City.

A carjacking led to three arrests in Oklahoma City, police reported Tuesday.

A 16-year-old told police he finished pumping gas about 9 p.m. Monday at 200 SW Grand Blvd. and was on SW 37 when a man with a handgun approached and ordered him to get out of his car. The victim ran away and told police he heard a shot that sounded like it was fired in his direction.

A police officer saw the stolen vehicle at SW 38 and S Robinson Avenue and followed it to the Econolodge at 1750 E Reno Ave., Master Sgt. Gary Knight said.

Police arrested Rashawn Douglas, 21, on complaints of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Robert Flenory, 20, and Corinthian Jones, 20, were arrested on complaints of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of a firearm after a former conviction of a felony, possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony and robbery with a firearm.
