Another Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics agent said she seized an unspecified amount of cocaine and currency in March from a home in Oklahoma City where Cohee was staying with his wife and her children.
Herbert was arrested Feb. 8 after he was stopped on Interstate 35 in Murray County with two pounds of cocaine in his car, according to court papers.
He testified about picking up cocaine in Dallas, stopping in Ardmore to deliver part of the supply and then taking the rest to Edmond, where Cohee lived with his wife, who is also charged in the case.
“He had quite a bit of business going on in both places,” said Herbert, who acknowledged during cross-examination taking the stand to “cut a deal” with prosecutors.
A preliminary hearing for Cohee and the remaining co-defendants is scheduled for Oct. 24.
