Three inductees named for Oklahoma Educators Hall of Fame

Three people have been selected for induction in the Oklahoma Educators Hall of Fame this year.

Bruce Petty is an associate education professor at Oklahoma State University, where he has been educating teachers since 1978. In the early 1980s, he helped develop what is now teacher residency in Oklahoma. Petty was named College of Education Teacher of the Year in 1989. He is past president of the Oklahoma Association for Educational Communications and Technology. He was nominated by Carolyn Thomas.
