Three killed in crash near Sapulpa
Three people were killed Sunday afternoon in a head-on crash just west of Sapulpa, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.
SAPULPA — Three people were killed in a head-on crash Sunday afternoon just west of Sapulpa, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

Carmen D. Spicer, 36, of Mannford; Donald L. Clift, 54, of Amarillo, Texas; and Jana T. Clift, 52, of Amarillo, Texas, were killed in the crash, troopers said.
About 12:15 p.m., Spicer was driving west on State Highway 33, just west of the Sapulpa city limits in Creek County, when the pickup crossed the center line and collided head-on with the eastbound sport utility vehicle carrying the Clifts, troopers said.
Spicer was not wearing a seat belt.
