Three women died after two separate accidents Saturday night in Oklahoma, authorities reported.

Brittany Lemus, 26, Comanche, and an unnamed Comanche girl, 17

About 10:45 p.m. Saturday, the 17-year-old girl was driving a 2005 Toyota Corolla southbound on U.S. 81, north of Refinery Road in Stephens County, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported. The vehicle veered to the right, and the driver overcorrected, troopers said. The vehicle then crossed the center line and collided with a 2014 Dodge Ram. The driver of the Dodge pickup and his three passengers were treated and released from a hospital in Duncan.

The 17-year-old and her passenger, Lemus, died at the scene.

Everyone was wearing seat belts, troopers said.

Unnamed woman

About 11 p.m. Saturday, a Honda traveling westbound on NW 63 turned left and collided with an eastbound pickup near Grove Avenue, Oklahoma City police Capt. Dee Patty said.

The passenger in the Honda, a woman in her 20s, died, Patty said. The woman’s name, age and hometown were not released Sunday.

The driver of the Honda was taken to the hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening. The driver of the pickup did not report any injuries, Patty said. has disabled the comments for this article.
