Lineup juggling: A. Early foul trouble — Nick Collison, Kendrick Perkins and Durant all had two in the first quarter — had Scotty Brooks scrambling. Then Serge Ibaka's second-quarter knee injury further complicated things. But Brooks mixed and matched enough to get to halftime with a 54-44 lead.
Community spirit: B. Almost everyone in the building wore the royal blue T-shirts that awaited on every seat. Durant's mom (OSU orange) and grandmother (Nebraska red) were notable exceptions, but Durant himself made up for it. He wore one of the T-shirts while sitting much of the fourth quarter.
Defensive rebounding: B. The Grizzlies had 13 offensive rebounds, but six came after the Thunder spurted to a 16-point lead with 8:53 left, and four came on one possession in the second quarter.
Nick Collison: A. Fabulous job of guarding Zach Randolph, who went 12-of-22 from the field in Game 1 but was 2-of-13 in Game 2. Collison, called on for more duty with Ibaka's injury, shoved Randolph further from the basket, and Randolph's shots not only missed, they missed badly.
