Thunder shatters TV ratings record in Game 4 loss

The 112-105 overtime loss to the Dallas Mavericks on Tuesday night did have one bright spot for Oklahoma City Thunder. The Thunder shattered its TV ratings record, earning a 27.0 rating for Game 4 of the Western Conference finals on ESPN.

The Thunder broke its mark of 25.1 for Game 1 of the series on ESPN.

The Thunder also sets its Tulsa record with a 11.5 rating.

The ratings are a percentage of the TV households in the market.

Here are the Thunder’s top five-rated telecasts, all this season:

1. Mavericks at Thunder, Western Conference Finals Game 4, May 23, ESPN, 27.0.

2. Thunder at Mavericks, Western Conference Finals Game 1, May 17, ESPN, 25.1.

3. Mavericks at Thunder, Western Conference Finals Game 3, May 21, ESPN, 24.1.

4. Grizzlies at Thunder, Western Conference semifinals Game 5, May 11, TNT, 24.0.

5. Grizzlies at Thunder, Western Conference semifinals Game 7, May 15, KOCO-5, 23.4.
