Despite his new job with ESPN and the scant interest he received from NFL teams after his August release by the New England Patriots, Tim Tebow still hasn’t let go of his football dreams, according to his former coach Urban Meyer.
The one-time University of Florida coach told Jeremy Fowler of CBS Sports that Tebow still has eyes on the NFL and apparently the feeling could be mutual, according to USA TODAY.
“You’d imagine how [Tebow] works. Works every day. He’s hoping. There are some conversations about it. I don’t know too much. There’s hope and he says there’s stuff going on.”
