With billions in new and redirected education funding, U.S. Education Secretary Arne Duncan is set to send shockwaves of change throughout the country’s education institutions. While in Oklahoma City last week for an early childhood education event, Duncan talked with our editorial board about some of those issues. Here are excerpts:
