1950: Hired by WKY-4, owned by The Oklahoma Publishing Co. Played Spavinaw Spoofkin on “Gismo Goodkin Show.” “ Danny Williams Show” debuts. Became an announcer for “Live Wrestling.”

1953: “The Adventures of 3-D Danny” debuts. Became known as Dan D. Dynamo, superintendent of the Space Science Center and friend of Bazark the Robot. Wrote, produced and starred in series.

1960: Plays character parts on “Foreman Scotty Show,” including Xavier T. Williams.

1967: Begins 17-year run as host of “Dannysday,” daytime talk/variety program, on WKY-4.

1992: Begins 16-year run as morning personality at KOMA as station debuts FM 92.5 to simulcast with AM 1520. Inducted into Oklahoma Association of Broadcasters Hall of Fame as one of 15 original members.

2008: Retired from his morning show on KOMA.
