U.S. Census shows Oklahoma communities Shady Grove, Lotsee as least populated

Lotsee and Shady Grove are Oklahoma’s least-populated communities, according to the 2010 U.S. Census. Hoot Owl lost the distinction when its population grew to four in 2010.
