Other weather notes:

– On Sunday morning Wister dipped to 42 degrees while Talihina had a low of 43. Today Wister had a low of 44.7 degrees at 7:15 a.m.

– Lows in the 50s and 60s and highs in the high 70s into the 80s are in the forecast through next weekend in the National Weather Service, Norman Forecast Office coverage area.

The NWS-Norman Forecast Office hazardous weather outlook for “late in the week,” states that “A cold front is expected to move through the region resulting in increased shower and thunderstorm chances Friday through Saturday across Oklahoma and western, north Texas.”
