→Graig Cooper rushed for a career-best 152 yards and a TD as No. 16 Miami beat Virginia 52-17.

→Jordan Shipley set a Texas record with 273 yards receiving as the Longhorns beat Central Florida 35-3.

→Joey Elliott threw for a career-high 367 yards and two touchdowns and ran for another, leading Purdue to a 38-36 victory over Michigan. Elliott became the first Boilermakers quarterback to win in Ann Arbor since Bob Griese did it in 1966.

→Toby Gerhart ran for a school-record 223 yards and three scores as Stanford upset No. 7 Oregon 51-42.
