Conditions continue to affect travel in Panhandle

BOISE CITY — Blowing snow from this week's blizzard was still causing problems Thursday in the Panhandle.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said U.S. 270 in Beaver County was closed between Elmwood and Log Cabin due to blowing snow and 10-foot drifts. Numerous vehicles were stranded.
