Tort reform bill goes to Oklahoma Gov. Brad Henry

A comprehensive lawsuit reform bill unveiled just days earlier easily passed the House and the Senate on Thursday and is now on the way to the governor.

Gov. Brad Henry , who called House Bill 1603 "perhaps the most comprehensive tort bill in state history,” will act on the measure by the middle of next week, his spokesman, Paul Sund , said.
