Touch-a-Truck motors into Edmond for children's event

The event will feature vehicles used by police, fire and construction personnel.

— Kids who love their toy trucks will get to see the real thing during the Touch-a-Truck event on Saturday.

Touch-a-Truck will be from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the University of Central Oklahoma parking lot off Second Street. Admission is a $2 donation that will benefit the Hope Center in Edmond.

Touch-a-Truck is a one-day event that provides kids of all ages with the opportunity to experience life-size vehicles and interact with community support personnel such as police officers, firefighters and construction and utility workers.
