SPIRO — Debra J. Fout , 50, of Bokoshe died Tuesday in a wreck west of Spiro, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said. Fout was driving a pickup on U.S. 59 about 1:10 p.m. when it hit an embankment, troopers said. The pickup rolled, and she was partially thrown out. A child in the car was treated for minor injuries, the patrol said. Fout was not wearing a seat belt and the child was not in a safety seat, troopers said.<...
