Travis Barker Files Wrongful Death Lawsuit

ET exclusively confirms Travis Barker, who along with DJ AM survived a deadly plane crash, has filed a complaint for damages for personal injury and wrongful death against Clay Lacy Aviation and three other companies. Read on to learn more about the lawsuit!

Barker filed the lawsuit with Thelma Martin Still, the mother of Barker's associate Charles Still, who died in the Learjet crash along with three other passengers.

They've filed suit against Clay Lacy Aviation; Inter Travel and Services, Inc; Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company; and Bombadier Inc. Stay tuned, more details to come!
