Washington Redskins left tackle and former OU All-American Trent Williams said Adrian Peterson was a driving force in his offseason workouts.
Williams worked out with Peterson for the last month before training camp, "running hills in 102-degree weather with weight vests on," he said.
"I started doing it with Adrian [Peterson] four years ago, and I love the results," Williams told The Washington Post. "In college, with us coming from the same area (both Williams and Peterson are from Texas, about an hour and 35 minutes apart), he took me under his wing, always held me to a higher standard than everybody else."
Williams said working out with Peterson makes training camp feel easy.
