For many Oklahomans, it's running as thin as the receding ice on trees after this week's wintry storm. Though the weather has warmed, more than 400,000 Oklahoma homes and businesses were without power Wednesday. While that number had fallen by a third in 24 hours, some people gave up and stayed in shelters rather than tough it out at home. Among them was Jeanetta Plunkett .
