TULSA — An early morning crash Saturday claimed the life of a driver in Tulsa County.
The driver of a pickup traveling eastbound on Interstate 244 about 3:30 a.m. went off the highway near N Memorial Drive. The pickup struck a sign and a guardrail before it rolled and came to rest on its side.
The driver, who was not wearing a seat belt, was partially ejected and pronounced dead at the scene, troopers said.
The name of the driver was not released Saturday night because the family had not been notified.
