Sheriff’s deputies have arrested a man who is accused of posing as a firefighter and barging into the scene of a deadly crash.

Joel Clay Lack, 22, was booked into the Tulsa Jail on Wednesday afternoon on charges of impersonating a firefighter, interfering with emergency personnel and two counts of grand larceny, jail records show.
