Tulsa man, 31, dies in Muskogee County crash

A Tulsa man died Monday in a Muskogee County crash, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports.

Jeremy Norwalk, 31, died at the scene of a 6 p.m. crash on State Highway 16 about two miles west of State Highway 72 junction three miles south of Haskell.

Norwalk was driving a car east on SH 16 when he went left of center and hit a pickup driven by Jonathan Duncan, 24, of Edmond. Duncan was taken to a Tulsa hospital where he was admitted and treated for injuries.

Seat belts were in use in both vehicles.
