Tulsa man accused of using Facebook to solicit sex from 12-year-old girl
ROGERS COUNTY, Okla. - A Tulsa man is facing charges after the mother of a 12-year-old girl posed as her daughter on Facebook and caught the man trying to meet the girl for sex. Jeffrey Adam Riggs, 29, is charged with soliciting sexual conduct or communication with a minor by use of technology.
