Tulsa man arrested on counts of DUI, child endangerment
A man with multiple DUI convictions was arrested early Sunday for again driving under the influence, this time with a 4-year-old in his vehicle.
Bill Russell , 32, was arrested just before 2 a.m. Sunday at Interstate 244 and Harvard , according to an arrest report.
