A Tulsa man accused of raping a 15-year-old girl pleaded guilty to an amended charge on Monday and was sentenced to more than four years in prison.

Jerry Tyrone Leblanc, 60, pleaded guilty to second-degree rape — which was amended from first-degree rape — and furnishing an alcoholic beverage to a minor. Charges of kidnapping and possession of a firearm while in the commission of a felony against him in the case were dismissed.

He was arrested within hours of an alleged assault on a 15-year-old girl in December. At the time, the victim told police Leblanc approached her in his sport utility vehicle and abducted her at gunpoint near 1700 N. Sheridan Road in December. He allegedly took her to a hotel, forced her to drink alcohol and raped her, according to his arrest report.
