Tulsa mayor gives CPR to man in restaurant

BY KEVIN CANFIELD, Tulsa World Published: January 30, 2014

The Tulsa World reports that one day after administering CPR to a man at a downtown restaurant, Mayor Dewey Bartlett encouraged city councilors and citizens alike on Thursday to learn the life-saving technique.

Bartlett told councilors during their Thursday night meeting that the man had had a heart attack and later died at a hospital.
