Yes, he may have slept in his Toyota RAV4 for the better part of four months and he may have put nearly 19,000 miles on said RAV4.
But he also hit up 30 Major League Baseball ballparks and 35 Minor League Baseball ballparks in search of...(drumroll)...the perfect hot dog.
Lohr devised a rating system for every hot dog that took into account six factors: bun, taste, toppings, portability, price and the "it" factor.
If you want to try the best dog in baseball (according to Lohr) and save yourself a bunch of money and miles on your car, head to Baltimore's Oriole Park at Camden Yards. The hot dog there had a perfect score.
