The Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System Board of Trustees on Thursday accepted an administrative hearing examiner’s decision that Thompson had violated the oath of his judicial office when he was convicted of indecent exposure.

Thompson served about 20 months in prison after being found guilty in 2006 of four felony counts for his use of a penis pump while presiding over trials.

Thompson’s attorney, Rob Nigh, asked that Thompson’s entire retirement benefit of $7,789 a month be reinstated.

It covers the period Thompson was on the bench from 1982 until August 2004.
