Tulsa school board to vote on offering early retirement to administrators
The Tulsa school board will vote next week on a plan to offer early retirement incentives to top administrators, officials said Friday.
Superintendent Keith Ballard has been working on a plan to significantly reduce costs in central administration for the 2010-11 academic year since the school district learned its shortfall in monthly revenue payments from the state could reach $10 million by June.
