A teenager whose infant son was killed by a puppy has made minimal efforts to meet her probation requirements, a court document shows.
Linzy Earles was found delinquent on a second-degree manslaughter charge in February after her 2-month-old baby died from extensive dog bites.
The charge involves an accusation of “culpable negligence” — an omission to do something that a reasonably careful person would do or failure to use ordinary care and caution.
A juvenile judge required that she take drug tests along with counseling and education programs.
