TUTTLE — There was no hiding Tuttle linebacker Ethan Biddy’s smile as he signed on the dotted line Wednesday morning in the school library. Biddy will play football at the Air Force Academy.

Biddy had the look of a high school kid about to embark on one of life’s great adventures — playing college football and studying at one of the nation’s most interesting colleges.

As a linebacker and running back, he had 114 tackles and rushed for 1,122 yards for Tuttle as a senior. He was offered by Air Force as a junior, but Biddy took his time making up his mind. In the end, it came down to Central Oklahoma and Air Force.

"I may fly planes. That’s something I’ve thought about,” Biddy said. "I’ll see when I get there. I just can’t wait to get started. It’s a beautiful campus. The atmosphere is great. Everyone up there is working hard, and it makes you want to be a part of it.”

Biddy’s teammate, Jake Garrett, signed with Southern Nazarene.
