Two die in separate wrecks on Oklahoma roads

Richard Pulliam, 42, of Henryetta, and Allen Frailey, 49, of Chouteau, died after separate wrecks on Oklahoma road, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

Two men died after vehicle accidents on Oklahoma roads, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

Richard Pulliam, 42, Henryetta

About 2:30 a.m. Sunday, Pulliam was driving a pickup eastbound on State Highway 266 two miles east of Dewar in Okmulgee County. The pickup left the road, crossed a private drive, hit a railroad tie and went into a ditch where it hit a tree.

Pulliam, who was not wearing a seat belt, died at the scene, troopers said.

Allen Frailey, 49, Chouteau

About 11 p.m. Saturday, Frailey was driving southbound on Mayes County Road 426 five miles west of Pryor. The pickup went off the road in a curve and hit two trees. has disabled the comments for this article.
