Two people were killed Saturday morning on state roads, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol said.

Donald Ray Hayes III, 24, Haskell

Hayes was westbound early Saturday on old State Highway 16 in Muskogee County when the vehicle went out of control and rolled over, troopers said.

Hayes died at the scene. A passenger in his car, Timothy Pickard, 23, of Boynton, was flown to a Tulsa hospital in critical condition, troopers said. Hayes was not wearing a seat belt, troopers said.

Maxine Stidman, 46, Slick

Stidman was driving east about 8:35 a.m. on State Highway 33, about 5 miles west of Sapulpa, in Creek County. Her pickup crossed the centerline and crashed into a westbound tractor-trailer.

Stidman died at the scene. The tractor-trailer driver was not hurt. Neither driver was wearing a seat belt, troopers said.
