Two Caddo County jail escapees were recaptured Monday, and two more are still on the loose, authorities said.

Dylan Ray Three Irons, 21, and Prime Tounwin Brown, 23, were recaptured by Grady County district attorney's office investigators and Chickasha police Monday afternoon, investigator Lewis Roller said.

Police think Triston Cheadle, 33, and Anthony James Mendonca, 24, are still in the Chickasha area. They are considered armed and dangerous, police said.

U.S. Marshals have been notified that the search for Cheadle and Mendonca is still ongoing, police said.

The four men escaped Sunday morning from Caddo County jail in Anadarko by opening a trap door above the jail showers and crawling to another door that led outside.

Roller and another investigator saw Brown and Irons about noon on Monday walking along Fourth Street. The investigators followed them to a convenience store and called Chickasha police for backup, Roller said.

When Irons and Brown left the convenience store, one ran from officers and was caught more than a block away. The other man surrendered to officers, Roller said.

Inmates Triston Cheadle, 33, and Anthony James Mendonca, 24, are still at large.

Cheadle is black, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 230 pounds. Mendonca is American Indian, 5 feet 8 inches tall and 190 pounds.
