Two men arrested in theft of 64 wheels from Oklahoma City automotive shop
Irvin L. Belvin, 52, and Gregory Duane Holley, 56, were arrested on complaints of concealing stolen property and possession of burglary tools. Belvin also was ticketed for public drunkenness, Oklahoma City police reported.
Two men were arrested after 64 wheels were stolen from an automotive wholesale shop, Oklahoma City police reported.
Gregory Duane Holley, 56, and Irvin L. Belvin, 52, were arrested on complaints of concealing stolen property and possession of burglary tools. Belvin also was ticketed for public drunkenness.
Police responded to a burglary call about 10:40 p.m. Saturday at J&L Wholesale, 1201 S Robinson Ave. A witness told police he saw an older white Ford pickup with a camper shell at the business and heard loud noises coming from the back, according to the report.
An officer found Holley and Belvin nearby and arrested them. Belvin had a strong smell of alcohol and was unsteady on his feet, police said.
Officers found multiple wheels in the back of the pickup and bolt cutters in the cab, according to the report.
Police returned the 64 wheels to the shop.
