Two Oklahomans die in separate crashes on state roads

Keli Beets, 37, of Okemah, and Bobby Wesley, 63, of Bristow, died Saturday in separate crashes on state roads, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

Two people died Saturday after vehicle crashes on state roads, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

Keli Beets, 37, Okemah

About 7:30 a.m., Beets was driving south on State Highway 56 in Okfuskee County. The car ran off the road to the west and struck a road sign and then went back across the road to the east, where it struck a fence and rolled four times.

Beets, who was not wearing a seat belt, died at the scene, troopers said.

Bobby Wesley, 63, Bristow

About 3:30 a.m., Wesley, 63, was driving east on State Highway 66 near 401 West Avenue in Creek County, when the vehicle left the highway and rolled one time.
