A northwest Oklahoma City bank was robbed by two women Thursday, the FBI reported.
About 12:30 p.m., two women walked into the IBC Bank, 12241 N May Ave., and demanded a teller give them money in a green reusable grocery bag. The teller gave the women an undisclosed amount of money.
The robbers were last seen driving south in a white, four-door Hyundai Elantra, which was abandoned in the 12000 block of N Stratford Drive, the FBI reported.
No weapons were seen during the incident and no one was injured.
The first robber is described as a black woman with curly hair, a medium complexion, in her early 20s, about 5 feet 5 inches tall, with a thin build and weighing between 110 and 120 pounds. The second robber was described as a black woman in her mid-20s who is about 5 feet 5 inches tall, the FBI reported.
The FBI and Oklahoma City police are investigating the robbery.
Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at 290-7770. Callers may remain anonymous. The Oklahoma Bankers Association offers a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the robbers.
