Two Oklahomans died Saturday after separate traffic accidents on state roads, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported.

Brandon Bushong, 27, Tahlequah

About 7 p.m., Bushong was driving a motorcycle west on Wagoner County Road 700 one mile south of County Road 312. The motorcycle crossed the center line, and it collided with a van driven by Melissa Schaliol, 60, of Wagoner, troopers said.

Bushong, who was not wearing a helmet, died at the scene.

Schaliol and a juvenile passenger were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment and released, troopers said.

Misty Rogers, 32, Tahlequah

About 5:45 p.m., Rogers was driving west with two juvenile passengers in Cherokee County on State Highway 82B about a mile west of State Highway 10. The vehicle went off the road and struck a tree.
