Two women die in Oklahoma City train accident

Miayi Mathis, 44, was eastbound on NW 92 just west of Western Avenue when she disregarded the flashing signals at the train tracks, police said. Her mother, Loyce Adeymi, 61, was a passenger in the vehicle.

A mother and daughter died after their car was hit by a train at a crossing n northwest Oklahoma City Saturday morning

Miayi Mathis, 44, was eastbound on NW 92 just west of Western Avenue when she disregarded the flashing signals at the train tracks, police said.

Her mother, Loyce Adeymi, 61, was a passenger in the vehicle.

A southbound train collided with the car on the tracks, killing both women, police said.
