U.S. House and Senate members are the problem

Published: August 10, 2013

Do we really want the same people who've been in Washington for at least the last four years going back? The main thing I keep hearing is the defunding of Obamacare. Our best interests would be that the House and Senate get their acts together and finally pass a budget. Do we really need another threat of a government shutdown or more furloughs? No matter who the politician is — Democrat or Republican — if he's been there for four years or more, he's part of the problem and needs to go.

Campaigns are coming up. Congress is taking a five-week vacation and yet there are major concerns that need to be addressed. Is this the type of service we need or want? No!
