OKLAHOMANS’ TRIPS ABROAD

Here is a list, compiled from U.S. Senate and House records, of the official foreign trips taken by members of the Oklahoma congressional delegation since January 2007. The dollar amounts represent the total cost of per diem allowance for the duration of the trip. On trips to locations such as Iraq and Afghanistan, the per diem costs are low or nonexistent because lawmakers stay in military housing. Transportation costs are listed separately if they were provided by the House or Senate. Most of the travel was done in military planes.
