LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — University of Arkansas at Little Rock baseball coach Chris Curry has named Russell Raley the Trojans' new assistant coach.

Raley has spent the past six seasons on the staffs at Oklahoma, Texas Tech and Incarnate Word.

Curry says Raley will coach infielders and hitters. Raley coached infielders, outfielders and was hitting coach at Incarnate Word and Texas Tech after serving as an assistant to the Oklahoma hitting coach for four seasons.

Raley also played at OU and spent two years in the New York Yankees minor league system.
