UCO director gives students world of experience

When Ralph Morris was about to complete his undergraduate degree at Texas Christian University, one of his teachers encouraged him to think about continuing his studies in Europe. He auditioned for Eduard Melkus at the Hochschule fur Musik in Vienna, Austria.
